Changing the status of the Islamic College of Religion (STAIN) to the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) and planning to the status of the State Islamic University (UIN) is a sign that IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo is experiencing significant positive changes. These changes and developments make IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo worthy of great interest from various circles of society both in Gorontalo and other areas outside Gorontalo.

There are many arguments to state that IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo can be the main choice for studying at university. First, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo is the only State Islamic Institute in Gorontalo. So that tuition fees are more affordable. This is evidenced by the single tuition fee system, so that students do not need to pay anything other than interests outside the program set by the campus.

Second, even though the tuition fees are affordable, the quality of students, lecturers, facilities and academic culture at IAN Gorontalo from year to year shows a growing progress. This is evidenced by the achievements of students and lecturers at the local and national levels who have won various competition events.

Third, in terms of the number of students, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has also shown extraordinary progress. This is evidenced by the data that the graph of the increase in the number of students in various study programs at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has increased.

Continuing to study at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo is the right choice. IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo continues to move forward and strive to create graduates who are acceptable in society and also in the world of work.
